Non-Refundable Deposit. The Buyer acknowledges that the Deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if the Buyer decides they do not want or are no longer able to keep their stay. Upon receipt of the Deposit, Mary’s Fish Camp agrees to hold the stay for the Buyer until the time of the visit. The Deposit shall be made in US Dollars and paid to the Mary’s Fish Camp in association with MuddyDuck LLC via payments through any major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. Buyer Acknowledgements: The Buyer further acknowledges and agrees that (a) Mary’s Fish Camp cannot control weather in FL and that should Mary’s Fish Camp need to cancel on behalf of safety for persons or property a refund will be issued for deposit; (b) the Deposit gives the Buyer a “reserved” place, but does not guarantee the same reserved site or stay, or that the Buyer’s preferences will be available when it is the Buyer’s turn to be assigned their stay; (c) Sites are assigned to the Buyer by the Seller and is not negotiable, the Seller assigns sites based off the best availability to accommodate unit size and group size; (d) the Deposit price is non-negotiable; and (e) Mary’s Fish Camp cannot and does not guarantee any specific qualities of the site or cabin when it comes to possible unforeseen maintenance. Buyer’s Right to Transfer/Refund: Should a reservation fail to meet the Buyer’s identified preferences the Buyer may elect for a refund at the discretion of Mary’s Fish Camp.
